花蓮吉林製茶廠參訪活動　

飲茶文化在台灣的文化中是不可或缺的一部分，這次的花蓮文化小旅行，我們將前往位於花蓮中部瑞穗鄉參訪吉林茶園，舞鶴位於北回歸線舞鶴村上，以種植蜜香紅茶茶葉與咖啡為特色。吉林茶園也通過MOA有機認證，透過數位新行銷方式，發展茶區生態人文深度旅遊。本次活動將深入茶園採摘茶葉，了解茶園的生態環境，體驗製茶過程，並特別親手製作獨特的茶葉作為活動的紀念品。午餐特別安排當地我們將享用當地特色餐點，包括特殊的蜜香紅茶飯以及當地媽媽們料理的原住民風味料理，歡迎一起參加豐富的茶文化及生態人文學習之旅!!

2. 地點：花蓮縣瑞穗鄉舞鶴村吉林茶園

3. 費用：500元 (含交通、保險、午餐、手作茶葉及專業導覽) *除了天候因素，無論任何個人因素取消皆不退費

Drinking tea is an indispensable part of Taiwanese culture. This time, we will head to Ruisui village located in the middle part of Hualien County, to visit Jilin Tea Garden, located in Tropic of Cancer. The tea farm is known for its honey scented black tea leaves and coffee, issued with MOA organic certification. With new digital marketing, the tea farm has developed an eco-tourism of tea farm visiting, which we will deeply experience the tea picking from tea processing. Especially, we will make tea leaves on our own as a souvenir from this activity. After half day of tea knowledge experience, a local style cuisine will be orchestrated, including honey scented black tea leaves rice and aboriginal cuisine cooked by local mommies.

2. Gathering place：Parking Lot, West Community House, NDHU

3. Qualification：International Students in NDHU (including exchange students, foreign students, overseas Chinese students and main-land China students.)

4. How to go：Go and return by the rented bus; locally move by feet.

5. Expense：NT 500 (including transport, lunch & handmade tea leaves, insurance and tour guide. And there will be no refund once you cannot attend the event.)

6. Payment Start：10：00 a.m., Thuesday, April 17, 2018 (first Come, first In)
