OIA will collect your work Permit applications and help you to send to the Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training.

The Deadline to submit the required documents：March 18- March 22,2013

International Students Work Permit Application Process

Require Documents

1 The Council of Labor Affairs (CLA) Application form（including the stamp from the company you will work for）

2. NDHU Work Permit Application Form

3. One 2” x 2” photo (please paste it on the Application Form)

4. Transcript for the latest semester OR school report of full-year language course(s). (completed after 5 working days) The transcript from previous school is needed for transferring students.

5.One copy of passport

6.One copy of both sides of ARC

7..One copy of student ID (With 2013 Spring Semester stamp)

8.An original financial statement (states the insufficiency of the applicants’ financial situation to support continuously studying and living)

9. Original of the receipt of examination fee.(NT100)
