Congratulations to Dalibor Mlcak, who had participated and won the nominating prize for the first annual Fabulous Taiwan Photography Contest. From the perspective of humanity concern, his work focused on an unregarded demonstration on March 10 in Taipei, primary staged by Tibetans who reside in Taiwan. The work of Dalibor Mlcak and other twenty four nominators will be presented at the 2013 Graduation Farewell Party for Taiwan Scholarship Winners, on the first floor of Management Building of Shih Hsin University on May 17.
