The application time for summer dormitory was announced, the application time is June 10, 2013 (Mon.) 12:00 pm to June 14 (Fri.) 12:00 pm. Please don’t forget to apply and make the payment of you intend to live in NDHU campus in summer.

OIA would also like to do an extra survey for whether you like to apply for the summer dormitory, so we can hand your information to student affairs to get the best arrangement for you. But please understand, we cannot guarantee all the results will satisfy your needs.

In the attached file you can find a survey form, please fill it out and e-mail back to OIA: issa@mail.ndhu.edu.tw if you need to apply for the summer dormitory.

There are also important announcements from student affairs:

1. Please do not take other people’s food from the refrigerator; it is considered act of stealing. Legal action will be taken if such act is discovered.
2. The operator position of emergency contact phone #2995 is rotate by NDHU’s staff, most of them don’t speak English. In case you need to make an emergency call, it is suggested to find someone who can speak Chinese to help.
3. During Chinese New Year vacation, all dormitory will be closed and cleaned out. If you must to live in campus during this time, please notify OIA first so we can assist you.

暑宿申請的時間已經公告了，請於6月10日（一）中午十二點至6月14日（五）中午十二點間申請，並別忘記在繳款期限前付款。

國際事務處希望能調查各位同學的暑宿情況，請有暑宿需求的同學另外填寫調查表寄回國際事務處信箱 issa@mail.ndhu.edu.tw，本處將彙整後送交生輔組，請生輔組幫助同學安排搬遷至較近的宿舍，但我們無法保證結果能盡如人意，請見諒。

除此之外，生輔組另有幾點重要事項要提醒大家：

1. 請不要偷拿、偷吃別人放在冰箱裡的東西，此視為偷竊行為。一經舉證，將採取必要處置。
2. 緊急電話2995的接聽人員是由東華大學職員輪班擔任，不一定懂英文。緊急狀況發生時，建議找會中文的人撥打電話。
3. 在農曆新年假期期間（位於寒假中），全校宿舍都將清空。如果你在這段期間有住宿需求，請盡早聯絡國際事務處，以便我們幫助您。謝謝。
