Please remember the deadline for applying summer dormitory is June 14, 12:00pm, please go to: http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/Summer/ to apply.

Student affairs has just announced the truck moving service, if you need to move your luggage to the dormitory for your next semester, please fill out the survey provide by student affairs: http://www.student.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1007-1068.php before June 14, 12:00pm.

The cleaning check will be done between 12:00 and 15:00 of June 26, please keep your room clean to avoid penalties. For details please check the attached .rar file.

If you plan to move your luggage to your room in next semester directly without doing the official clean-up, please fill out the “cleanup waiver form” and give to your dorm manager before June 17.

Please check the attached schedule carefully for what you need to do near the end of semester.

If you want to stay in dormitory during official cleaning week (June 26-June 30) and (August 31 – September 4), please apply for early living or living extension when apply summer dormitory. Please beware, you have to clean the room by yourself.

各位親愛的住宿生大家好：

如您需要在清潔週（6月26日至6月30日與8月31日至9月4日）入住宿舍，請在申請暑宿時一併申請提早入住或延後退宿。

學生宿舍將於6月17日(一)起至6月26日止(三)進行期末宿舍搬遷及關閉相關作業，敬請同學配合與遵守！

1.期末宿舍關閉檢查與扣罰

宿舍自治服務委員（宿委）於6月26日(三)中午12時起至下午15時止將進行期末宿舍檢查扣罰，扣罰標準與金額詳如.rar附件。

2.期末宿舍搬遷相關事宜

為減少同學搬遷次數，學校今年執行直接搬入下學年住宿寢室計劃（含行李寄放作業），由於本活動有別於過去期末宿舍全面淨空之作業，相關內容與流程附於附檔，請同學務必詳閱。

3.期末關閉相關作業

為確實瞭解同學需求（車輛運輸、寢室維修等），請於6月11日(二)上午8時至6月14日(五)中午12時前至生輔組網頁點選連結填寫問卷！http://www.student.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1007-1068.php

因行李存放空間有限，且不易管理，學校僅提供存放不負保管之責，所以鼓勵同學盡量配合6月26日(三)直接搬遷至下學年寢室之方式。
