1.活動主旨：為增廣學生國際視野，加強大一新生英文能力，全營隊以英語為主要溝通語言，讓中外師生共同討論各種國際及文化議題，培養國際觀及與世界接軌的能力。

2.特色：本活動搭配中興大學校區的臺綜大英語暑期學校共同辦理，早上學生仍可自由選讀專業課程，下午及晚上則參加列國際領航員營隊活動。

3.舉辦地點及期數：國立中興大學，共三期（第一期7/17-7/30、第二期7/31-8/13、第三期8/14-8/27）。

4.住宿：為培養團隊精神及學生安全，參加本活動者規定一律住宿於中興大學學生宿舍。

5.錄取人數：每期60人。超過60人將以隨機抽籤決定

6. 活動費用：錄取臺綜大系統學生每期5100元（含住宿），錄取台灣其他大專校院學生每期8200元（含住宿）。（與臺綜大英語暑期學校相同。）

7.報名截止日期：三期活動均統一於6月17日下午17:00截止報名。

8. 付費方式：請等候6月19日公告錄取名單後，再依指示完成付費（信用卡、ATM、超商-7-11 或全家）

Session Two: Asia Matters / 亞洲的政治經濟發展 (July 31-Aug. 13)

Covering courses: Asian development, China model, political and economic situation within Asia, and internationalized higher education (issues and strategies)
