Dear all:

Hualien City Hall and Dream Community Organization will once again calibrate to hold this years’ “Hualien City Carnival Parade”. Groups from many communities in Hualien, performances from all over Taiwan and the world are also expected to join.

If you wish to join the parade, please gather 20 people and send your registration to Ms.Pong at u87076@nt.hualien.gov.tw

(It’s suggested you find someone who knows Chinese to help you with the registration and orginazation.)

Registration deadline: 17:00 August 9, 2013

Date and time of the parade: 15:00 – 18:00 September 7, 2013 (Saturday)

The parade will be held at Hualien’s city center.
