A: For all international students the alien resident certificate (ARC) is compulsory. Once you have ARC you will be permitted for multiple entries in Taiwan (up to the end of expiry of ARC). Thus, you don’t need to apply for visa repeatingly. The documents you may need to apply a visa:

1. A Passport valid for at least six months
2. A completed application form
3. Two 2x2 inch color photos (taken within past six months)
4. Admission Letter
5. Bank Statement
6. Health Certificate
