中菲行現有一個專案是針對華僑生所設計的Management Trainee (MT) Program，專案所需之人才內容如下。此專案是針對精通英文及華語的華僑畢學生。公司會安排畢業生在台北總部做一年的企業專業培訓，於結訓後，公司會針對僑學的背景、國籍、興趣幫助他們在中菲行找到適合的站點發展。
  

Management Trainee Program Introduction 
1. Rotated among the various departments in order to develop familiarity with the whole organization and its functions. 
2. Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. 
3. Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance. 
4. Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management. 
5. Other assignments may be directed by Management.
    

Candidate Requirement 
1. A Bachelor’s degree is required. 
2. Initiative, energy and willingness to perform shift duties. 
3. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and numerical/analytical skills. 
4. Good interpersonal skills that will enable the trainee to effectively gain from the expertise of the various professionals working in the organization. 
5. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
